Frank, the spectra were all measured at the output of the three units. Spectrum analyzer is the SDR-IQ (RFSpace). Resolution BW is in all cases 24 Hz.
The DDS60 (AmQRP Group) has the AD9851 inside. As mentioned by a number of people there much better new DDS generators available. But a lot of hams are operating a DDS60 together with I/Q front ends. The Cypress chip is the one used in the Elektor SDR RX.
