Hello all, I just ran Winrad last night for the first time - read the manual for first time today. Winrad is very user friendly, but one small problem. Maybe the answer will turn up tonight, but decided to ask the group today.
Using the softrock Lite V6.2 RX with PowerSDR program, I can send CW tones from my 756Pro and they show up on PowerSDR just about on freq - exact I'd think. Using Winrad and receiving the CW tones, the freq is at least 30kc low. send CW at 7.064, Winrad shows tone at 7.035 - or in that range. I expect I'm missing something. There is a spur of the signal that shows up in Winrad at 7.058, but that signal will be half as high as the real signal at 7.035 mhz Is there a place in the manual where it shows how to adjust the freq in Winrad? I have looked thru all 18 pages of the manual twice today and have not found how to do this.
