Hi Curt,

Yes, a high SWR can create serious problems with RF getting into the 
computer equipment.  Fixing the SWR problem may solve your PSK signal 
problem.  However, I would also add the chokes and bypasses.  In 
addition, if you have some clamp-on ferrite cores that you can put on 
the audio lines, I would do that as well.  I have also used approx. 1 
inch diameter ferrite toroids with the audio lines wrapped through the 
core with two or three turns.
