 While in this moment I can't give you any URL, I know that somebody
wrote a DLL to be used with Winrad to control the frequency generated
by a Si570 chip. Maybe browsing the Softrock Yahoo group you will be
able to find more information.

Now that the source code is in the open, that will happen if somebody
will do that.

Presently the S-meter of Winrad is calibrated for the Perseus
receiver. When the input level to Perseus is -73 dBm, Winrad indicates
S9 on the S-meter. Of course a calibration feature would be much
welcome to adapt it to different hardwares. See the previous point.
