While in this moment I can't give you any URL, I know that somebody wrote a DLL to be used with Winrad to control the frequency generated by a Si570 chip. Presently the S-meter of Winrad is calibrated for the Perseus receiver. When the input level to Perseus is -73 dBm, Winrad indicates S9 on the S-meter.
