I registered to grouply and gave my gmail account password and 
naturally they conquered my e mail account and changed my secret 
question with arabic dirt. I wrote to gmail service and they quickly 
changed my details. And dont use torrents or widely used antivirus 
softwares either. I am currently using two less known antivirus 
programs together
