I released a new version V0.8 of the WinRad ExtIO_Si570 to control the
SoftRock-V9 SDR receiver.

URL = <http://home.ict.nl/~fredkrom/pe0fko/ExtIO_Si570/>

There are again all kind of software changes, the apply button is
removed there is a improved LO and Test tab page and a About page is added.

The LO tab page is changed to handle the V15.10 Firmware LO offset and
multiply. The offset and multiply can be stored in the DLL and / or in
the firmware, and that can make it difficult :-). So I created three
field's for the LO calculation, the offset and multiply *total*, the
offset and multiply for the *DLL* and the offset and multiply stored in
the firmware. Start with the total field, decide what the DLL must do
(mostly offset=0, multiply=4 because all the other SDR applications are
using that default) and press save to store the calculated value in the
firmware (eeprom). All the values can be floating point numbers. For
firmware that will not support the LO calculations only the total field
can be modified and that value is used by the DLL.

The Test tab page shows four led's, P1 and P2 for the value on the two
I/O pins (maybe connected to the BPF), CW2 for the CW Key 2 input used
for the TXRX boards (that is the I2C SDA I/O line) and 3.3V the voltage
on the Si570 if the RX is switched on (that is the I2C CLK I/O line).

The About page can be used to go to the home page url by clicking on the
first field, the version field will lead to a page telling if it is the
last software version you are using.

I hope it is useful for you.
