I have occasionally seen questions about whether WinRad will work with the Vista 64 bit OS. I am running WinRad successfully under Vista Home Premium 64 bit with the SoftRock Lite + USB Xtall v9.0. I am running the 1.4.2 build 49 version of WinRad. To get the USB Si570 driver to work, I have to hit the F8 key during boot-up, and select the option that disables checking for signed drivers. (This is not a WinRad issue)
The set up works really well (not as well as a Flex 5000...) especially considering the price! Thanks for a great piece of software. 73, Len, KDØRC
