You should ask him on the Softrock Yahoo group http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/softrock40 / Once you will have the hardware, then you can use one of the many SDR programs that can be used with the Softrocks, like my Winrad, or Rocky, or PowerSDR, or a few others.
