ok, you have determined that the PMSDR DLL is not causing this error.
Now, it would be interesting to check
whether the error exists also in my Winrad V1.33c, which you can get
from this link :

If still you have the error, then I will investigate on it. Otherwise,
Mario DG0JBJ, the producer of WinradHD, is
the one that should hunt for the error. I don't have the source code of
WinradHD, so I cannot do it myself.
