Bob G8VOI - My presentation does not cover transmitting with SDR as it was 
created around four years ago. That was before the first SoftRock kit capable 
of transmitting was produced.

There are some designs that might be capable of transmitting in the 87MHz to 
108MHz band, but as most of the SDR activity on these forums is ham radio 
related, it is unlikely you would find very much information or interest in 
doing that.

In most countries it would be illegal to transmit on those frequencies without 
a commercial license and approved equipment.
