Those repacker messages are related to bad reception I guess.

That looks more like a problem with your sound card, which supports
48kHz only. On vdr-portal, there is a similar thread and I'm waiting for 
feedback:

My suggestion is/was to create a remixing audio device via ALSA dmix plugin
which should do the resampling. But I don't know if thats the correct approach.

With this definition in my .asoundrc file I could use a device named d48only
(parameter for softdevice: "-ao alsa:d48only"):
