Answer is just simple:
1st, There are more aspect ratios selectable via our setup menu
(5:4, 16:10, 15:9) than vdr supports, and
2nd, I didn't ask Klaus for adding more A/Rs to his DVB menu as
his usual answer would be: "It works for me and those A/Rs are
not supported by FF cards".

If someone has a WSS capable TV for testing, we could do
something on topmost two lines.
But this is no solution in case of stations which do not provide correct
signalling of their A/R (AFD - Active Format Display).
If AFD info is be present, we use it.
