Hm, there were other problems, starting here: http://www.linuxtv.org/pipermail/vdr/2007-March/012473.html and original fix of Martin: http://www.linuxtv.org/pipermail/vdr/2007-March/012476.html av_read_frame() has a bug in PTS handling of which Martin tried to convince ffmpeg developers, but he failed.
