Well this hasn't happened in a while... Someone stole my spotlights!
I got word that some renders were coming out pitch black. Took a look at the scene, and although my scene contained light roots and interests, the actual light primitives were nowhere to be found. The lights were all created originally by manually adding them to the scene via point-and-click from the Soft UI. All spotlights. All at the scene root level. I don't know if the deletion occurred during the Save event, or during the Open event, or what.
If you see some spotlight primitives out there, be sure to send them home. I'm sure their 'parents' are worried. And if you have any insight into what causes this spot-napping, I'm all ears.
