There are swathes of the outer boroughs (staten island, bronx, brooklyn) who are still blacked out and/or without running water and many not expecting power until mid-month. But, most importantly Manhattan is OK. Phew! If anyone's checking this list then I guess all is OK, but good luck to the rest of ye!
