perhabs you could use 2 Cache-on-file-Nodes.

[1. Cache on File Node (Reading)] ---> Execute
[Get Particle Position] - [Array from Set] - [Array Size] - [Test > 0] - [Set Data (Sim = True)]

[IF (sim = true)]
[..... all your Nodes....]
[2. Cache on File Node (writing)]
