In the context of Softimage, that is a generic error that rarely means
that the DLL was not found. Rather, it means that some DLL dependency is
missing, or that the wrong version of some DLL dependecny was loaded.
Did you try opening a command prompt from inside the Plugin Manager, and
then starting depends.exe and loading QtSoftimage.64.dll ? Can't hurt to
see what it (depends) says...
