I just finished watching the AU Master Class presentation on the AREA
Exploring the power of Non-Linear Character Setup with Autodesk Softimage
presented by Adam Sale.
This was an excellent advanced rigging tutorial (at least is was advanced
for me).
Adam did a fantastic job of explaining each step, in detail, and made it
understandable
to an average Softimage user. I highly recommend anyone that needs a little
extra
knowledge on rigging, watch this Master Class. Some really nice techniques
that
makes weighting a character to a skeleton a snap.
The only thing I wish that was available, on the AREA, was the scripts, and
sample scenes,
that was available in the Master Class, but not on the AREA version.
It would be nice just to have the scripts.
Again....Adam's presentation is superb! Great job!
