make sure your geometry that you are LOADING the caches onto are set to 1 1 1,
0 0 0 - and they OR their PARENTS do not have neutral poses set or transforms!

Neutral poses on rigs with geometry caught me big time when I was starting the
caching pipeline at TF - have a broken part of the wall behind me from banging
my head on that one!

Doing FR stuff right now here and the caching side of it works 100% -
everything BUT the eyes going into FR should be frozen transforms and frozen -
only the eyes should have their centers in the middle of the eye as per a
normal eye!

Subject: caching face robot

I'm trying to cache out a face robot setup but when I load either mdd or
softimage cache, the eyes, teeth and tongue are blown outside the face. I
noticed that the face mesh has a zero transform in its rest pose but the other
elements do not...would that be reason? Does every object have to have frozen
transforms before you create the rig so they cache properly? If this shouldn't
be an issue, then what else could I be doing wrong?

Kris
