I think you should be able to comment out most of what you don't want to
appear.  Quite a lot of the options work fine if nothing has been filled in
since they should have defaults set with the Monitor, so commenting them
out shouldn't make a difference.

Anything else could be fixed in the def SubmitButtonPressed args (I assume).
