Power is work divided by time.
Work is force multiplied by distance.
Force is acceleration multiplied by mass.

So all in all the difference between acceleration and power is a
multiplication by mass, by distance and a division by time.

acceleration = m / s^2
force = kg * m / s^2
work = kg * m^2 / s^2
power = kg * m^2 / s^3
