I use a combination if Celtx and Blender. I edit all storyboards in Blender, but have the scripts and storyboard images (with description) in Celtx. The reason is mainly because they are both free, so regardless of where I work I can use them (and they are available on all platforms). I never exported a EDL in my life :)
And lately (last few years) I've also started to use blender as my timeline.
