I have seen this kind of artifacts when the card is a gaming card, specifically with some geforce cards, last time I saw it was years ago thugh. On the other hand, I have never seen this on quadro cards.
I know it doesn't help, but maybe there's nothing that you can do to fix it, or maybe with some card settings... who knows.
