I don't see any bad strand data coming out of Softimage 2014 SP1 with SItoA, and I haven't seen any reports from customers about bad data or any SItoA tickets about bad strand data. I'm not saying there isn't a bug I don't know about, just that the one I know about is about a slowdown.
