Have you checked out the GridDataExample.py with the sdk examples? Basically, you will need to return the menu items and result value pairs in the _OnContextMenuInit callback.
If you are doing in c++ then set the "Return" attribute with a CValueArray. The PPGEventContext class sdk docs has a longer explanation.
