As Stefan said, delete and disable hibernation. No need for that on rendernodes. I would set the pagefile to "system managed" what makes it kinda small in the first place or set it manually to maybe a gig or so? But don't disable it entirely, windows does need it even the machine has a huge amount of RAM.
The image I use here (clean win7 installation with no applications installed) is around 6.5GB in size.
