Most views use the 'targetcontent' attribute to set content, but the ICE Tree
appears to not have such a view attribute.

Therefore you'll need to create your view, select the icetree operator you wish
to view then pass a refresh call to the icetree view to display it, then
finally lock the view so it doesn't update again with the next selection
change. Once that sequence is complete, I'd recommend deselecting the icetree
operator to prevent unwanted side effects for whatever happens downstream.

Subject: Opening a new ICE Tree view and loading something into it...

So this is bound to be silly easy, and maybe I'm being dense... I have a button
in a custom property that launches a new ICE Tree view, which is easy enough
with CreateLayout(). Naturally the resulting view is an empty ICE Tree so I
need to give it an ICE Tree to inspect. This is what I can't figure out...
Basically, I need a button that opens a very specific ICE Tree... Looking for
an attribute I can use...
