Joe was doing some amazing work back when KDLab was running. Mostly architectural visualization and then some advertising. I had the pleasure of meeting him at Siggraph a long time ago, at one of our User Advisory Council meetings. Really nice guy, and very talented 3ds max user. I was really glad when I heard he was directing Tron. Both Tron and Oblivion really show his personal design mark. I really like his approach at geometry.
It appears some of the work they did is till up there for viewing...

He was the founder of a studio called KDLab which back in the day was doing some nice stuff on the visualization side of things.
