If it is for textures used and reference model fast solution now from head that I use dis load scene, create new project, save scene as new scene and turn on copy all external files to project folder check box that will get everything used into new project. Shame that there isn't some faster way for archiving projects but... it is good to keep your mess clean up behind right away and not leaving for later :)
