Agreed. I'm not getting behind making a film that's specific to Softimage vs. Autodesk.
Of course that's the general topic of Paul's idea as well, but the deciding factor is mass appeal. Making a film that has Autodesk uniforms and copies of Maya == zero mass appeal. Ideally the film won't even contain the words Autodesk or Softimage. Nobody cares about the geek stuff.
