The "XSI Mailing List Contacts backup" Linked In group is for all of us
to share contacts and keep in touch. Everyone on the list is invited!
First, please put yourself on this online Excel file:

Go to file > edit.
Don't fill the "invited on" column.
When I have enough contacts, I pre-approve you then send you an invitation.
