Yes we are ☺
Please feel free to post your bug reports here .
Alternatively, there is also the Softimage bug report page here:
http://download.autodesk.com/us/support/report_a_bug.html?SelProduct=Softimage
(It does not show 2015 at the moment, but we will fix that)

Thanks,
Hsiao Ming

All stand alone Softimage licenses comes with Advanced Support. Should be
accessible from Autodesk Subscription Center.
But if you don't have access to that, there are a lot of Devs on this list and
I'm sure they're listening.

And to that end, I know where the beta testers can submit bugs, but are
non-beta users aware of where they can post outstanding issues?

It's impossible to find bugs to fix in Softimage 2015 if no one is using it.
We are on a limited timetable here and I would suggest everyone to use
Softimage 2015 as much as they can, testing everything in it and pushing it
really hard so AD can fix as many bugs as possible in the next two years.
Let's make the last version of Softimage immortal!

My general policy towards using Softimage for as long as I have used the
product has been to not use any particular version in production until at least
one service pack is available.

I would stay on 2014 SP2 until 2015 SP1 is released.....whenever that is.

Obviously!
I just wanted to steer away from any specific plugins to the general question
why SI2015 seems to crash so often...
