Hi Sebastien:
Could you place:
MAYA_DEBUG_ENABLE_CRASH_REPORTING=1
in your maya.env file? And when Maya crashes, go to the temp directory
and grab the crash log...it's easier to check what has caused the crash
that way.
Does the script editor spit anything out when this happens?
