It does...but there are just to filter all channels, those you mark in the channel box or none. You can look in the preferences of the time line and turn on a further option 'Smart'...but this won't further filter rot, trans and scale unless you mark it in the channel box again.
I would have thought by simply activating a transform in the viewport, there would be an option to sync the ticks to just show that transform methos. Like in Soft.
