Hi Oz You should really talk to your reseller about purchase options, you won’t find anything on the Autodesk websites.
You can’t buy Softimage 2015 on its own any more. Only existing Softimage customers with active Subscriptions are able to buy stand alone Softimage 2015. See as you have 2013, if there aren’t on Subs, you will have to get current on Subs, before then being able to get 2015.
