It's a bit discouraging that you missed all the info in the FAQ, the webinar and the post here from jill ! The upgrade path for Softimage users is called the "Maya plus Softimage 2015" and it's the same price as just buying Maya or a Maya upgrade. But that's not offered on the web, you need to talk to a reseller to get it.
