Hi David,

As you saw in the thread back in 2012 I had spent quite a bit of time
tinkering with Kinect and the XBox controller. Unfortunately the tools
never reached release-quality and I have not worked on them since. I'm
unlikely to put any more energy into Softimage related work, which is
saddening because (like many here) I had spent years learning the software
and the many quirks of their APIs. I haven't decided which 3D application
to focus on moving forward either, it's a tough decision. For the time
being I've been focusing on my day job (game dev, fwiw) and occasionally
try to ramp up on Maya but it's pretty slow going.
