I think we tried that a long time ago, but it is nearly impossible
because it matters which glibc version you have -- you need incredibly
specific versions of Fedora/Centos libraries.  Just setup VirtualBox,
which is free, use the recommend version of Fedora for the version you
are targetting and do it inside of that VM on Windows.
