I went with 2014SP2 just because it was the easiest to do without requiring a 
license manager install. So good to know that's probably the best solution at 
the moment. And yeah, it didn't fix the problem.

So I started getting geometry errors upon reloading the scene. Think I've 
managed to remove the unhappy stuff.
