IIRC, the toc.txt is used to populate the pop-up you get when you highlight a command in the script editor and press F1: [image: Inline image 1]
Doing a chm version of the latest SDK doc was just too much work. There were so many changes in how that help was structured and implemented. I did first pass at the help project, but it looked a nightmare and I dropped that project...
