When you do the math on cloud services it just doesn't add up on the
'cheap' (free) 2-4 core nodes, to the time you have to wait (not priority).
Instead the 8 or 12 core machine cost relative money and can get your work
faster out (priority).
My guess is that they don't support virtualized redshifts for the win. They
do have gpu farms (specifically designated) under their own services (gpu
artist box) I think was the name of the sevice. Search it up on yt.
Who has had more experience using these clouds with (exclusively) softimage
in 2017?
