Uhhh i havent dont this in ages so i cant really recall the whole process
in detail.  But check the log it should give you the name of the vector
attribute it needs for mb, it might complain and log it. You then have to
go into ice, create an ice tree and get the vector that realflow created
and set it as the one redshift needs.
Even motion vectors wont help you unless you do this.
