Hi Cecil,

I can't seem to get to the link as you have posted in email. I will be
using the Si570 LVDS type. It looks like I may need a XTALL board from Tony
also, I wonder if he has a board set up for the LVDS Driver F1002 and a
regulator.

I am interested in Toms' 40 frequency version - also what hardware does it
require. How do you access the 40 frequencies (program, switch etc??)??
Thanks

I'll let him tell you but the way he did it is very clever considering the
limited I/O pins. The circuity is quite simple and is posted on the file
section. It uses a 12F683 8 pin PIC, a 4 position DIP switch to set the band
and frequency, and several resistors and capacitors.

The circuitry is so simple it's not hard to duplicate, the only physically
weird chip is the SI570 and even that can be tamed easily, I mounted one on
a 8 pin header so I can plug it where I want to.

There are some references to the software here, and copies of the hex files
to use in flashing a blank CPU..
