The way it works, is as follows;
* You order the chip
* Tom gathers purchases until there is enough to make a 25 qty buy
* Tom orders the chips
* when Tom gets the chips he mails them out
* You get the chips.
He does not generally keep chips in stock, he is selling them at cost
and they are very expensive, so the time to from and order to the
chip arrival is often several weeks.
