[softrock40] PIC18F2455 + PCM1804 192 KHz / 24 bit / USB project ??

I while ago a I ran across a thread about building an SDR interface 
using a PIC18F2455 and a TI PCM1804.  Does anyone know if that project 
went anywhere or any other projects of that sort?
