Hi Group, I filled in the web form and got an email from an Si Labs saying the part was "available". I also got email from a distributor here in the UK. But still no Si570 after 3 weeks.
So I went through the web form again today, and got this reply: -- Subject: VCXO Information Auto Reply Silicon Labs has accepted your sample request order. Your samples are expected to ship within two weeks. Thank you for choosing Silicon Labs Timing solutions. Requested Part Number: 570CBC000199DG Model Number = Si570 Output Format = CMOS VDD = 3.3V Output Enable Polarity = OE active high Temperature Stability = +/- 20 ppm Frequency Range = 10 - 160 MHz Startup Frequency (MHz) = 40.000000 I2C Address = 55 hex (85 decimal) Operating Temperature Range (C) = -40 to +85 -- Which says they WILL ship rather than the "parts are available" message. Perhaps the web form feels better because it's Friday?
