They are a lot nicer to use than the Delta 44 bulky breakout box with 1/4" mono jacks, and they are labeled as well as to what goes where. They also have some RF filtering built in. They plug directly into the DIN connector on the outside of the Delta 44 sound card. Very low profile. Much neater setup.
