Just a general question.

Has anyone developed a small downconverter that will convert from about
61MHz down to an input freq suitable for one of the standard softrock kits
so that these can be interfaced with the FT2K IF pick off point in these
rigs? As I see it the whole unit ( downconverter and softrock receiver)
could be made to fit into the space provided in the FT2K for the DMU
receiver unit and all one would have to bring out would be the I and Q
channels.

I'm no circuit designer but I can see that a softrock rx and down converter
kit for about $25 would probably sell like hot cakes. Any offers?
