Hi Bill, Sorry but the XTALL v1.1 board is only for the CMOS Si570 part. THe v8.3 Lite+Xtall receiver can use either the CMOS or LVDS Si570 part.

Total build time was about three hours which included building a BPF module for the 80m/40m band combo. This v8.3 uses a LVDS Si570 and ran properly with first application of DC power to the board. Total supply current is 109 when the receiver is on 40m. 73, Tony KB9YIG ----- Original Message ----- From: R R Robson To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, May 16, 2008 4:50 PM Subject: [softrock40] Re: 8.3 lite + Xtall You can also find somewhat more excruciating detail at: http://golddredgervideo.com/wb5rvz/Home.htm Ignore the previously published link 73 de Robby WB5RVZ
