Mike,

It appears your PC isn't up to task of using that card.  I suspect you 
will need a new very fast PC to get it to work at 192 kHz sampling.  
That is why I never bought one.  I only have a 3400 MHz Pentium with 4 
GB of RAM, and my Delta 44 running 96 kHz has trouble with the M0KGK 
software.

See if there is a "DMA Buffer Size" setting or something similar in the 
sound card driver.  Increasing the value of that setting helps a lot 
with a Delta44.   Just a guess, but I suspect you might be able to get 
the E-MU 1212 to work at 96 kHz, but not with all the SDR programs.  
Rocky uses less PC resources than the other software out there.  Try 
that instead of PowerSDR.  (But I doubt Rocky will ever run SSB transmit.)
